Gary Delfino

Practice Manager

Gary has been the Practice Manager at Country Corners Veterinary Hospital since its inception back in 2014. He is a native Californian, who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He had a love of animals since he was a child. From a young age he always had dogs, cats, birds, hamsters and other creatures around his house. His goal from the age of 5 was to work in a veterinary hospital helping all the animals. He has also enjoyed working and residing in Colorado for 5 years.

His veterinary career started at the age of 16. As an R.O.P. student in San Mateo, Gary received his first true opportunity to work in a veterinary hospital. at Crystal Springs Veterinary Hospital as a kennel person and assistant technician. He spent 8 years working for Dr. Rose. There he worked his way up from the kennels to being the office manager. Later on in Gary's veterinary career he worked at different hospitals in technical and practice management. He has spent the last ten years as the practice manager at Country Corners Veterinary Hospital. He is also one of the founding members of the Sacramento Valley Practice Managers Association, and a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.

In Gary's spare time he enjoys spending it with his wife Jackie, daughter's Ashley and Hailey, son Elijah and his plethora of pets around the house. He also enjoys cooking, gardening, sports, computers, trips to the mountains as well as the coast and relaxing with the family.

She has followed many different career paths through life and finally found her calling working with animals. Kristi loves all animals, although slightly afraid of birds (she’s still working on that) but marine mammals are her favorite. Kristi has worked hard all her life, raised three beautiful children and put herself through the veterinary technician program to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has 2 grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with at the lakes and taking on many adventures. Kristi loves warm sunny days at Bullards Bar Lake kayaking and stand-up paddling. She loves hiking at all the local spots and swimming in some nice local river spots. When the weather is cold, she prefers cuddling with a good book and watching a favorite movie from her collection.
